Located in a great area for walking and dining. Excellent service and rooms super clean, my only dislike is the TV channel selection it could be better.
This Holiday Inn Express is newly-renovated and refreshed, which is pretty obvious on both the outside and inside of the hotel. I had a very good visit at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite spacious, and this hotel has pretty much everything you need for short or longer stays in the Tucson area. Also, the hotel is just down the road from the Tucson International Airport. They offer shuttle service to the airport, also. If you're flying into Tucson and want to stay at a hotel that is both economical and with spacious rooms, then this is the ticket for you!
Great location next to the airport less than a 5-minute drive the breakfast is always hot and fresh. Beds are very comfortable.
The room was clean and updated. The shower was pleasant and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express. I had an early flight and its located 1 minute from the airport. I wish I knew that they offered a shuttle service but next time I visit Tucson I will use it.
They were having water issues which we weren’t aware of until we checked in. However everything was clean, couldn’t hear any planes, was pretty quiet. Right by the airport so it makes the preparation for the flight easier. The staff were best part of this place. Mandy and Jose were so kind with any help and questions. Seemed like genuine sincere people.

Giving this location 5 stars due to staff friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile to help me out. I’m a bikepacker and the staff were generous in letting me store my bike travel box at the hotel while I was away. When I returned, my box was untouched and my valuables still inside (a huge risk but this is an honest staff!) Only thing I wish were different about the rooms: I wish there were a way to make the thermostat stay on “constant fan” mode. I was awoken all night by the clocking on/off of the AC unit. Also, if you like to sleep past 8 a.m., good luck, as the sound of jet engines taking off will jar you awake. Thanks for accommodating me on my trip. I will recommend this hotel to friends.
At first we were wondering if it would be noisy located so close the airport...but its surprisingly quiet overall. Very clean and staff is top notch.
